In My Shoes Fund Raising

Killusty School supported the In My Shoes Charity Shoe Appeal this year. Pre-loved runners and football boots were donated by families and sent to needy Township children in Lesotho and South Africa.
Jersey Day 2023
All children in Killusty N.S. participated in Jersey Day 2023. We were happy to wear, care and share this October and to raise money for GOAL.

Diabetes Day 2023
Children in Killusty School celebrated World Diabetes Day on Tuesday 14th of November.
Children came to school wearing blue on that day and supported Diabetes Ireland, the charity dedicated to people living with diabetes.

Charity Work
The whole school community in Killusty N.S. was gratefully recognised for its recent efforts in raising funds for the Irish Cancer Society. We were delighted to help.

Jersey Day
The Student Council organised Jersey Day on October 21st. All the children donned their jerseys in aid of Goal’s charitable work throughout the world.

Our Charity Work 2022
Charity work is important to us.
Each term we fundraise for a very worthy cause. This year so far we have raised money for Goal through our Jersey Day in October and the Irish Cancer Society with our Daffodil Day in March.
We are also still looking after
our adopted donkey Nollaig.
